Refund policy

We have a ZERO Refund policy on transfers. I include pressing instructions on ALL listings that are specific to that transfer. A Heat Press MUST be used to ensure even heat and adequate pressure. A Cricut Easy Press will not work. If you have a heat press where you cannot adjust pressure, I don't recommend using Screen Print transfers.  All transfers are tested before being sent out to ensure quality. If you ever need any help with your transfers please don't hesitate to reach out to me! 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
